HAVEN-
PARK
Located in the Havenpark building in Hưng Yên, this 29th-floor apartment offers a compact 50m² living space. It belongs to a homeowner who has a deep love for art and reading. His main request was to have ample space to store his beloved book collection.
The apartment is designed in a minimalist style, yet it remains warm and inviting thanks to the soft orange-brown tones of wood that run throughout. Accents of vibrant lacquerware add a touch of artistic flair to the space.

Genkan
As a former student in Japan, the owner requested a dedicated space for shoe removal - a culturally significant area at the entrance that marks the transition between the outside world and the home's interior. Due to the limited space, the kitchen is compact and located directly in front of the genkan. However, it is fully equipped with all the essential appliances needed to prepare healthy and delicious meals.

Bàn xoay
The pivoting table
We created a work station that can pivot to adapt to different uses and shape the space according to the owner's mood.
When the table is folded away against the wall, the area becomes completely open and unobstructed.

Vietnamese
lacquer

Inspired by the traditional sơn son thếp vàng technique , we reinterpreted its essence to craft the pivoting table in a bolder, more contemporary language. Vietnamese lacquer brings a vibrant burst of color to the apartment.

Cosy corner
A true book lover, the owner dreamed of a reading haven, so we crafted a cozy nook bathed in natural light, offering a panoramic view of the city's landscape to accompany every page turned.

Noguchi
lantern
The sleeping area is subtly defined through custom-designed curtains and a structural frame, providing both visual privacy and spatial distinction. This tailored setup also serves as a stage for the monumental Noguchi lantern, meticulously crafted in Japan specifically for this project, merging functional zoning with artistic expression.
